      Name appears to be big and good for resume.

      Cons

      This Company in LA office does not operate as national CPA firm. It is like local firm in LA. High favorism and the manager I dealt with flirts with the staff. Doumentation does not appear to be adequate and not meeting national firm standard.

      Adequate training opportunities are available. Good benefits and vacation days.

      Cons

      Ineffective HR that likes to think it is comparable to Big 4 but not acting like it. Top takes credit for successes but pushed blame down to lowest staff level possible. Leadership needs training in soft skills and professionalism.

      great benefits, good pay, and good vacation and sick policy.

      Cons

      POOR communication!! Lack of training, direction and leadership. The most reactive company I have ever worked for, letting the employees deal with the fall out of upset, angry clients.
