The pros and cons of Cbiz depends on the office location. Alot of people in the office were married to eachother which can feel awkward if you are not part of that clique. Coincedently, alot of girls were married to partners or senior managers which means you will not get fired and your job is secure.. otherwise, good luck! Very unprofessional environment. No real HR presence. Heavy office politics. Nobody heard of this company so I had to say I worked at the Big 4 on my resume after I left.

Pay (for accounting) is below average, bonuses are non-existent or discretionary, raises are laughable, management treats you like a toddler if you ask for help, very little training available, may have you help other departments (audit-tax, tax-SALT, etc) if slow-this is held against you during reviews as you "weren't doing ____ work for the entire time." Management also has no interest in the thoughts, lives, or time of their associates but expect you to respect theirs like it is a resource more precious than air. They will also complain to one another about simple mistakes that associates made instead of correcting the associate and letting them fix the issue.
