Pros

Kind co-workers. Small company with lots of potential. At the beginning, felt valued and appreciated before being forgotten about and looked over.

Cons

Management leaves alot to the imagination. Management micro manages and seemingly do nothing but check over and criticize work and breaks. Vacation was frowned upon.

Pros

There are a lot of people in the office, and most of them are nice and willing to help when you ask questions

Cons

The recruiter's lack basic knowledge and show no willingness to learn or improve. They keep preaching “diversity is key to success,” but in reality, there's no diversity at all. The management insists we work from the office “to collaborate and ask questions,” but ironically, trainers work from home and only respond through Teams calls. There’s no real mentorship, no feedback on your work good or bad. You’re left guessing how you’re performing

Glassdoor what? Benefits & Insurance Division

Pros

Great flexibility of schedule, and good people.

Cons

CBIZ is the type of company that doesn't even know what Glassdoor is. Upper and mid management is clueless... everything from the execution of training, to products, to mid management hiring decisions to figuring out how to incentivise divisions to work together. It appears to a good old boys club where everyone plays nice and does not rock the boat. When someone does, there is a short leash and they are not given the opportunity to succeed. Like Jim O'Connor. The head of our region has never worked in the area of practice that he manages... like, ever. This leads to outdated technology, no strategy or direction. Moral is low
