      Pros

      The benefits weren't the best but they were'nt the worst either.

      Cons

      Lack of competent management. Partners play favorites among Senior Managers. It was a very cliquish type of place to work. There was a lot of drama within the office that had been going on for years yet HR, and Management did nothing to fix it. It's acceptable for Senior Managers to curse at Staff-level employees and nothing is done about it. HR is TERRIBLE! I complained to HR about an abusive Senior manager and as a result the HR representative warned the Senior Manager about my complaint, and I was retaliated against. Steer clear of starting your career at this place. It is not worth the drama. The pay was low as well.

      Pros

      Great benefits and rates. Decent work environment as far as aesthetics and comfort.

      Cons

      Several divisions - offices not uniform from city to city. Lots of dead weight. Not diverse. Office politics off the charts. High turnover. Churm and burn. Probably the worst HR staff of any company I've experienced.

      Pay seems very good at first.

      Cons

      Pay seems good but thats it. Ask about health benefits before you start! They are really bad but they obviously don't mention that. No training and then they expect you to read minds. It always felt like they were constantly trying to put out fires instead of tackling the real issues. No one wants to help you out. It is everyone for themselves. Technology is very outdated and everyone seems to be stuck in their ways so nothing changes even though it is slowly falling behind. Admins are used because they are cheaper than associates. Principals is a "boys club."
