Pros
Very good nation wide level training, comparable to Big 4, which is why I think this is an excellent place to start your career. Rarely remember having to work late except to perform inventory observations during the holidays (when the rest of the staff did not want to work.)
Cons
Unprofessional employees (upper management was married and hitting on me and other women in the office.) They will fire you the second they don't need you anymore or if you report harassment. Not a lot of companies know who this firm is.. so it won't necessarily help your resume look "prestigious." Everybody in Boca Raton office was married to each other which leads to favoritism.
