      Simple implementations for payroll deals that should take 2-4 weeks at most take 2-3 months.

      “slower” pace and takes forever to get decisions made, if you’re lucky to even get a decision, so no rush or urgency behind requests.

      Cons

      truly a midwest firm at its core. would not recommend for those in the northeast as they truly just can’t compete in the market, culture, and mindset. communication takes forever plus a day and decisions are never final, seems to be consistently flip flopping. no one is ever on the same page.
