Consultant/Senior Consultant: minimum raises and rarely get a bonus. Plus the bonuses are a joke.

It is a good place to work for upper management. (So good place to work for about 5-10% of all employees).
Cons
CBIZ will not pay well. Every year, more and more is expected but not compensated. The vast majority of bonuses go to management , even though consultants and senior consultants travel and help make that bonus possible. S Bonuses are a joke. Senior level management get approximately $20,000 bonuses on top of their fat salary. Consultants and Senior Consultants get $500-$4,000. Training is non-existent . Toxic. Absolutely no work-home balance. When asking for a raise, management will throw excuse after excuse after excuse at you, but NEVER come up with a plan to help advance your career. The calls always seem negative even when we got our numbers.
