Pros
It's a large company so it's good to understand that it's not a one size fits all. I'm lucky to be dedicated to a client account that is a great client to work for, no micromanagement, and you generally build your own path when it comes to the success of your projects.
Cons
For my situation, we follow the client's travel guidelines which means that you don't get reimbursed for the first 50 miles of any client related travel, which is a bit of a disadvantage. Albeit it does make sense that they would hold client representatives to the same standard as their own internal employees.
