      Benefits Plan, 401k Coworkers are great

      Work culture is toxic, no one wants to share information unless asked. No career advancement/growth opportunities Micromanaging Supervisor No Communication between management when new policies/procedures are introduced, they fully expect you to know everything the moment they tell you. No training on newly introduced materials, same as above with the expectation of you knowing everything. Team meetings are pointless as management still keeps everything under wraps and will not inform you about anything until things go wrong. Management does not care about you and treats you as just another number Management is unappreciative of the work done, always directs you and says someone else did it better. Management does not help train/inform new employees, expect techs to take full responsibilities
