Pros

Global, Fortune 500 clients, values-driven company, deep pockets to make business investments and acquisitions. Company is a good corporate citizen and is working to enhance employee engagement. CBRE is a leader in the markets in which it competes.

Cons

Employees tend to take a back seat to investors. Company makes huge profits yet offers limited raises. Can be difficult to gain broad exposure needed to grow and transfer into different business units and roles of greater responsibility.

Pros

The pay is a lot higher than any other company, and side benefits include a free lunch and drinks cafeteria.

Cons

It does have a corporate atmosphere. You have to cover yourself and sometimes the executives feel the need to throw their weight around.
