If I must give a pro then it would be the experience itself. You have to experience the worst in order to know what it feels like to work with a good company and solid leadership. I enjoyed my work, the leadership was lacking.

Cons

The GWS Department is grossly unorganized and there is little to no support. When it comes to their contracts, they are very reactive instead of being proactive. Some of the worst leadership I've ever experienced in my career. There is poor communication across the board. I had wanted to work with CBRE for years. It was a complete let down.

Cons

Where to start. The longest tenure employee has been with the company for a little over a year in the PMO department (aside from upper management, of course). Super toxic environment, a lack of compassionate leadership, and ton of politics.
