      Highly Variable Depending on Teams

      Pros

      Great company, lots of resources for development and feels like they truly care about their employees, more so than their competitors by quite a bit.

      Cons

      Within brokerage your experience will be highly variable depending on your team. Very focused on top producers, very little support for teams. Expect to work all the time, the hours are insane and there is no work/life balance.

      High paying, unlimited vacation time, high 401 match

      Cons

      No collaboration, no orientation, no job training, no socialization, leadership has no idea how to manage people, they care only for the bottom line - not about employees or the clients they serve, cold, 12 hours per day - 7 days per week with zero appreciation, no communication, zero feeling of belonging or loyalty. Opportunities only available if you are willing to relocate across country with each position. Zero tuition reimbursement. Terrible work life balance. If you have a family and/or social life this is not the employer for you.

      Pros

      Work is easy, good company with decent benefits. Not a lot of pressure as far as job duties go. Basically a middle man for businesses and consumers / employees.

      Cons

      Minimal contact and relationships between lower level employees and higher up employees. Employees seem very disposable. Experience supervisors don't know how to perform the job that they are supervising. As a lot of them are hired externally and never trained on how to be an experience attendant themselves.
