Pros

Not much of anything to praise.

Cons

A constant barrage of non-relevent email communication, endless training courses to view and tests to complete. The whole world does not live behind a desk, many of us work with our hands in a trade, for God's sake let us do our job!

Pros

a lot of learning opportunities (free LinkedIn Learning, MyLearning (CBRE training platform), in-person training. A lot of structure.

Cons

Pay, 401 k, health care benefits aren't exceptional. If you want to obtain and retain the best talent you need to pay for it. Yes, you have a lot of 'perks' but at the end of the day, compensation is very important to employees, whether they openly admit it or not. There is supposedly opportunities to grow your career at the company. However, most of the people I have seen getting ahead within the organization is because they know higher ups/executives at the company, not because of their work. If you work on a client's site, you are screwed because no one sees your accomplishments and the quality of your work.
