      Opportunity to work independently with freedom to succeed in the client’s environment.if the client is willing to listen, there is opportunity to generate projects and revenue.

      Cons

      As a client-based employee, you’re employment at CBRE is subject to the client’s needs. Bonus compensation is minimal, regardless of the level of success. Virtually no lateral opportunity for career growth.

      Rapid growth, great pay, new equipments

      Cons

      If only they could get rid of a particular Supervisor in the Call Center side (Columbus, OH location) this Company would have a better review. Favoritism is a major downfall here. You have to behave obsequiously, especially to keep your job. They don’t make their system user friendly for the not so Technology Savvy Contractors. This company does not pay their Vendors fast enough, therefore the Vendors would treat the Customer Representatives like scum.

      Decent benefits and Okay pay/compensation. There are alot of good people working there.

      Cons

      Company has a hard time with dealing with leadership in other parts of the country. They tend to let people go around the 5 year mark. Don't expect to stay too long. Team work and dedication not always recognized or rewarded. hey need better leadership to help bring team work together.
