      Pros

      The overall company will invest in the technology and trainings; benefit package was decent and clean work environment.

      Cons

      There were bias (mostly prejudice) moments, whether during hiring, promotions or special projects where it was known who would be the one selected. No proper support when needing to report issues and concerns, you'll be brushed off. They will eliminate positions politically and without notice, normally "justifying" it using budget as an excuse but hire yet another Senior VP with a ridiculous package. If you are okay being a number and eventually being walked on, this might be okay for you.

      Pros

      Fair insurance benefits. unlimited PTO. Excellent pay and bonus potential. Regulated temperature controlled environment to work in.

      Cons

      No work life balance, 40-50 hours pitched during interview but expect 60+Hr. per week. No set job duties for Reliability Manager. High stress atmosphere, toxic at times. Large work load with high expectations. Poor work ethic in some hourly labor. Constant management turnover.

      The company is top of the field

      Cons

      High use of offshore and onshore India contract resources. Some contractors being there for 5+ years, not sure how they keep there government contracts with this practice. Very little emphasis on "team" and employee culture, probably because so many are contractors.
