Pros
Ability to work remotely, fast paced and challenging environment, exposure to multiple systems and different responsibilities based on assigned clients. It is a good place to gain experience.
Cons
Difficult to obtain a work life balance once you are a salaried employee. Standards are not applied consistently (some teams expect more than others). You can have the same title as a peer, but the workload and expectations are not the same. No investment in education outside of the training for the job.
