Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent training provided. Huge corporate structure and big name recognition, it gets you in doors perhaps otherwise not possible. Vendors seek your business and want to be on your A-list. No one had to ask twice. Very nice working for such a "well respected" corporation.
Cons
From the beginning, even the new hire process was difficult - such that the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Size of corp may have had to do with this; not sure? Lots of back stabbing in our department. Accounting wanted to blame property management (asset services) for it's dysfunction and errors and vice versa. In over 20 years in property mgmt never worked with such a cut throat group, very disappointing. Very unprofessional.
