      They gave me exposure to such a wide variety of commercial property types. Total schedule flexibility. Very supportive management. Amazing team of people!

      Decent benefits. Three weeks PTO + 11 corporate holidays. ETW discount at Nike if you're on the Nike account.

      Cons

      Culture is divisive and biased. Favoritism is prevalent. Any attempts at mediation to resolve conflict is handled very poorly, usually siding with one without hearing both stories without bias. An attitude of "keeping them in their place" is palpable. I was not alerted to the one floating holiday per year policy. As questions arose, my co-workers and I were all given different answers. One answer allowed to use it in January, another gave allowance to only use it during Power Down (last week of December), and a third answer did not allow it to be used at all. This is unethical at best.
