      Pros

      Learn a serious amount from some of the most brilliant minds in the global real estate industry. Top-tier full-service real estate firm that is a great launch pad for a career in commercial real estate.

      Cons

      Depending on the team and senior level management running it, it's all a crap shoot. Within Capital Markets, it's an hierarchical out-dated organization something reminiscent of a 1980's investment bank - where production is really the only evaluation metric. Long hours (+10 - +12 hour days not uncommon), work on the weekends, mediocre pay for what's expected. Before accepting an offer, do your own due diligence of current and former employees. Typical 2 year burn rate for analyst - level / VP positions.
