Cons
Oh goodness...where do I begin? - Cliquey and political work environment - I cannot stress this enough! Working at CBRE is like being in a shark tank! - Does not care about work life balance (or you for that matter) - Most of the senior management is very disrespectful - Lack of Training - I was made to sit through a 2 week course that had practically nothing to do with my position and then was expected to know everything - Very hard to advance in career path - if they decide they don't like for any reason (health problems, mental disabilities, or anything really), you will never advance - Unrealistic work hours and expectations - Very micromanaging - there were some days I was actually afraid to go to work!
