Pros
Earning 120 hours of PTO a year from day one is nice.
Cons
Hourly this is only with the Amazon contract, but the ego of regional management is more important than logic or safety (during Covid). There are positions that can work remotely without any loss of productivity, but they don't trust hourly employees, so we still have to go work on site; my site specifically has the highest rate of covid cases of any location in our county. We also only receive a single, small, non-merit based raise per year.
