Pros

* Ability to transfer accounts within 6 months * Depending on the account you are on, you will be on your own, which CAN be a good thing if you enjoy having a SMALL control over your site * Client employees

Cons

* When I say you will be running the ship alone, I am not exaggerating. You will start with zero training or understanding of the scope of your position, then after about a week of 'training' you will be left to figure everything out yourself. Management is no help at all, I can't tell you how many times I've reached out to my own management for assistance for something and I receive "I don't know" as a response. * You will be expected to handle everything, even IT or things that fall way beyond your scope of responsibilities. * Management cares about the client more than the person who is on-site everyday * Everything is siloed to the FMs - you want a light changed at your site? Be prepared to wait 6+ months for your manager to sit on it and claim "The work is to expensive... budget budget budget..." (You will hear the word budget mentioned so many times and it will never make any sense.) On top of that, you have to deal with the inconveniences that affect the client directly even if you are trying your best to get the work done, management will always be in the way. * You aren't able to make decisions yourself - everything has to go through your FM. * Information is not provided to the employees who are on-site. Everything is secretive and last-minute. You will be asked to work on the weekend ast-minute because your FM neglected to loop you in on a project that they were given and then you are threatened to be written up if you don't comply with the request. * People who raise concerns are then punished and added more responsibilities to their plate. * Management is only in it for themselves and their bonuses at the end of the year - the bonuses they receive from YOUR hard work. You will be given a MAX 3% raise, no matter how good you did your job. * Favoritism runs rampant * Management will throw everything they don't want to do at you and claim it is for "development" * Hiring managers who have NEVER held a management position and overloading them with so many projects and sites that you will not hear from your manager for weeks on end. * No constructive criticism - everything you do wrong in their eyes is a "disappointment" * Starting pay is laughably low considering you will be expected to be a "Jack of all trades" * At least on my account, management does not comply with RISE values.
