Pros

There are good people to work with, but does not out weight the Cons. Not worth working here. Do not waste your time, until you read many of the reviews here. This review is only for Analyst work related.

Cons

Long work hours. Management is extremely unethical and unorganized. Management blames people below them if they feel something is not done properly. People below management do not have a voice. Turnover rate is high and management is keeping it a secret. My department had to many unethical people to work with. There were a good people, but I did not work closely with them. The management people lies a lot and make themselves look good so that they can hold onto their power. This is extremely unfair. If you get an analyst job with this company, expect long hours and and unrealistic expectation. Turn around for any project ridiculously make little sense. One of the worst experience of working here is that management would want to know what you are into (hobbies and outside of work). It is ignoring when they find out and bring it up at work. Stuff like these are none of their business. Some people are unprofessional when it comes to talking about this stuff. If you work for this company, then it is best to keep it to yourself.

Pros

*If you aren't on a brokerage team, you basically get paid to be/look busy; easy 'work' *Flexible work arrangements *Opportunities for progression if you are white and/or look good in heels (as several others here seem to have mentioned, as well)

Cons

*Go ahead and get a copy of the floor plans of each office (they store them on the shared N drive monthly - showing where each person is assigned to sit, by name) and then tell me that it isn't blatantly segregated. If that doesn't convince you, give TWC a call and see if they'll share a count of pending discrimination charges. *Efficiency is a threat to your supervisors and it will harm you *If you have an issue, HR is there to help you get fired with as little liability to CBRE as possible
