Pros

Good starting rate, always get the 40 hours no matter what, every shift available works with my family/work ratio, able to get experience in many things including crafts.

Cons

Working with lots of barely functional equipment, lots of favoritism towards employees who don't deserve it, some employees work in unsafe manners, lots of thieves in the locker rooms, lots of retaliation among co-workers, raises are very hard to achieve

Pros

Good stepping stone to prepare you for your next job, very understandable when life happens, senior management value family and care for employees future.

Cons

LONG HOURS, low compensation, HIGH employee turnover, no scheduled training, you learn as you go. There is only a couple of managers that know what they are doing and truly care for the company.
