      Best Company I've Ever Worked For!

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. The vacation and benefits are the best I've ever had, and I'm fortunate to work with a great team of people every day. They say that the grass is not always greener, but after leaving my previous job 4 years ago, I can say that the grass was much greener at Cook & Boardman.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any cons. I actually look forward to work most days!

      Cook & Boardman Review

      Pros

      I have worked for Cook & Boardman for over 10 years and it is a really well run company with strong leadership at the top. A strong customer centric culture and the ability to purchase well from every manufacturer makes it so much easier to take care of our customers. I love it here and recommend this company to anyone who would ask.

      Cons

      I know it sounds odd but I can't really think of any. I've worked for a few distributors and can't think of anything that they did better than C&B.

      Pros

      I have been working with Cook & Boardman for almost 3 years and it was the best decision I have made to further my career. The morale and team building experience has been great. Cook & Boardman tends to promote within, which is a nice feeling as an employee. Great benefits and PTO goes a long way!

      Cons

      Nothing really comes to mind. HR does a great job with all of the personnel and our CEO sends out emails quite frequently with updates to our company.
