Because taking care of our employees is one of our core values, we're always looking for ways to improve our communication. Our HR team has recently implemented a ticket system to provide better service to our employees and has also gained new team members to stay on pace with the company's rapid growth. Although we aren't perfect, we do strive to provide an environment where associates feel they're valued, treated fairly and respected.

As our company continues to grow, long term investment in our personnel is key to our success. Our senior leadership team completed Town Hall style meetings in many of our locations this past fall in order to gain valuable insight and feedback into how we can continue to improve and include our employees in our long term decision making processes.
