Pros
They put together a summer play day in the parking lot every year. Male chauvinists are comfortable and happy working here. Women with no ambition, who just want any old job, are happy here. If you are one of those, then this is your forever home.
Cons
No one listens to you unless you are friends with management and male. That puts an unfair advantage against women, as any friendship closely resembling a bro-mance would give the impression of something improper. All the men who have upward mobility within the company have created their own social club outside of work. Ambitious and driven women need not apply here, seriously...unless your career goal is to be an administrative assistant for the rest of your life. Corporate level is only concerned with mergers and acquisitions, and does not focus on maintaining service standards or relationships. New ownership removed all training for employees, and is only focusing on training their unqualified male friends to be managers. All people of color are in the warehouse, and all the white people are in the office.
