Pros

I have worked for Cook & Boardman for over 10 years and it is a really well run company with strong leadership at the top. A strong customer centric culture and the ability to purchase well from every manufacturer makes it so much easier to take care of our customers. I love it here and recommend this company to anyone who would ask.

Cons

I know it sounds odd but I can't really think of any. I've worked for a few distributors and can't think of anything that they did better than C&B.

Pros

The people are great and the changes to the paid time off and work week hours are awesome. They are promoting flexibility and work/life balance. We have upgraded our technology and going paperless in many areas and that makes everyone's jobs easier.

Cons

They have been upgrading the benefits but I wish there was a tuition reimbursement program

results only company, no people skills/manage what so ever brutal to employees. Only results matter. Get the job done. no excuses
