Excellent cohesive team work. Pay, benefits and recognition. New employee but the training has been excellent. Communication is fluid and the leadership is in touch with what is going on. Management works very well together. Company has a focus on supporting the employees and building strong team. All departments seem to work well together and genuinely like working towards a common goal.

Wish I would have found them 10 years ago.

A lot of employees who are down to earth and pleasant to work with.

Cons

I couldn't say better what one review already said: Lack of decent pay, no work life balance, upper management doesn’t care about you only the bottom dollar, newer employees don’t stay long, messages is always negative about something not getting done. Only friends of leaders are successful here, has nothing to do with merit.
