Pros

CCA is a great company. They place a high value on smart and adaptable employees with a solid work ethic. Its fast paced, customer-centric, high volume and exciting. There are 2 "main offices" - one in Saint Louis, MO and the other in Manchester NH. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. if you work for one of the flooring companies, you get to go to the company conventions which are really exciting and its great to meet the store owners - because you really get to see and understand how your work impacts their lives. Fast paced, fun, family atmosphere, great projects!

Cons

fast paced (I like that aspect but some people might not) good news is that people like it so they stay and the bad news is that there aren't a lot of promotions because no one wants to leave!

They also work to consistently demonstrate a commitment to not only our members but the betterment of the employees. The benefits and work environment are stellar. Strong leadership.

CCA is truly a place where you can hang your hat. From our office in Manchester, NH to St. Louis, MO, collaboration is key to everything we accomplish. CCA has extremely high expectations, but what we do for our members is second to none. We are beyond passionate about what we do and how we truly help our independent business owners succeed from generation to generation! And, the people? Well, we have some amazing employees - lifers as we call those. We have a lot of longevity at CCA.

Cons

We are a flat organization, so there is not as much of a chance for upward mobility, as far as a set career track. However, we do often promote from within because we hire such amazing people.
