The culture of CCA is truly unmatched by any other organization. The management regularly demonstrates that they care for their employees and the wellbeing of the company as a whole. Because of the cooperative business model many departments are cross-functional, which creates an incredibly collaborative environment and allows for professional development. Hands down one of the greatest organizations I have had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

CCA works very hard to recognize any negatives and turn them into positives. As with many organizations, change can sometimes be timely, but there is never any doubt that the process was thoughtful.

Family-like atmosphere. You can stay forever if you want to. New CEO is driving performance through data and improving decisions.

Cons

less than competitive benefits. lack of advancement opportunity. Sexual harassment was over-looked (and possibly covered up) by executive leadership.
