There is a reason CCA retains so many long time employees - it is a great place to work! Expectations are appropriately high and you must be willing to work hard to succeed. The company is large enough to offer plenty of opportunities for growth but small enough that every employee can see the big picture impact of their job. "Doing the right thing" for employees, customers, and even vendors is embedded in the culture which makes it easy to be proud of our many successes.

Cons

At times it can be challenging having "competing" divisions all within one company. Ultimately it makes everyone better but it is not without its frustrations.

Pros

Company has a family culture that is even dog-friendly on Fridays. They even pay for a local gym membership, which helps with that work life balance! Everyone is very nice and personable, including management. It is easy to talk to anyone from any department and the HR team is super helpful. The company has a great internship program and has offered multiple interns full-time jobs after college. The company cares about you as an individual and wants to see employees succeed and grow with the company. If you want to be part of a company who supports the entrepreneurial spirit of small businesses, CCA is your company.

Cons

CCA offers benefits, but they could cover more of the basic services up front for Dental and Medical. The good news is they have a wellness program you can complete to save on the cost for coverage which helps. Having two office can be tricky with some of the day-to-day operations, but the company is always improving processes to overcome any hurdles.
