CCA is mid-size organization that has a culture of respect, openness, teamwork, and responsibility. You'll find a lot of people here that have been with the organization for 10 or more years, which (I think) speaks to the fact that this is a place where people feel both challenged to perform for the organization and valued as individuals. Due to the size of the organization, there's not always opportunity to move up. You do see a lot of "promoting from within" as new positions are created; but if you're looking to quickly climb the organizational ladder, that could be a challenge here. The con of having people with so much experience within the organization can be that things are sometimes slow to change.

At CCA Global, work-life balance is extremely important. Your hobbies, interests and passions will not go unrecognized, which is tough to find in larger companies. Because it's a smaller company, you will make an impact on day to day operations within your department, so keep your mind open and your ideas coming! Working for a company so closely tied to local communities will give you a sense of purpose. Our work impacts real people, not corporations.

Cons

While not a true con, an area that could be improved upon is department to department communication. Make strong efforts to keep those lines of communication functioning and it should not be an issue. Just err on the side of communication more, not less, and don't assume updates travel down the chain of command.
