I met some great people at CCA.

Cons

Don't let the Best Places to Work for fool you. The company keeps getting these great public accolades because their internal pr department is great ..seriously and I say that with respect. I left because i was the victim of sexual harassment - which an internal investigation confirmed. This had been a problem for years and I was not the first or only one. Sadly this has been supported by the top leaders of the company. It's an open secret within the company. Just beware.

Great people, some great managers. Company is involved in community volunteering and tries to keep moral up.

Cons

Favouritism is the rule. Sexual harassment addressed but not resolved and allowed to continue. Poor training, lack of respect towards employees. Management talks down, demeans instead of teach. Breaks and activities on breaks were limited by management; contradicting the office rules. There is no way to advance in this company. Favored employees are allowed unlimited breaks; contradicting the office rules.

Pros

Great camaraderie among non-executive staff, opportunities to travel and volunteer with the community. The CEOs are wonderful businessmen who care very much about their company and the people involved in making it a success, however, they are blind to many of its issues.

Cons

Sexual harassment ignored, no room for upward movement. Blatant favoritism for senior management. There's a company culture guide they're trying to enforce, but it's entirely hypocritical. Management would rather cut off any opportunity for upward movement than spend money on its people. Poor benefits, which management tries to make up for with mandatory company outings.
