Lots of nice people to work with and the work is generally fairly easy

Cons

Very poor work/life balance and people who are clearly toxic to the organization are kept in leadership even though it is obvious they are not good leaders. No additional compensation unless you are promoted, which is rare. Not a family-friendly company and extremely inflexible.

We work continuously to improve our organization and we’re sorry that CCA did not meet your expectations. We are disappointed to hear that you felt we are not family friendly as our benefits are specifically designed to put employees and their families first. Some of those benefits include a hybrid work schedule (for those who are eligible), 4 weeks of PTO as a new hire (6 weeks of PTO after 6 years), new parent leave, and a robust wellness and employee assistance program. In addition, we are proud of our annual performance review process which gives every non-commissioned employee the opportunity for merit-based salary changes. We do appreciate your candor in providing feedback on your time working at CCA and we wish you continued success.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance. Management is rigid and difficult. No opportunities for advancement. Only gives raises if you're promoted - no annual increase in salary.
