CCA treats employees like family. This company is a place where you're respected, empowered, and appreciated. Employee benefits, personal and professional development, and great people are just the beginning to an outstanding career when you first join the CCA team. There are a variety of diverse divisions within CCA, meaning there’s a vast amount of opportunity for all employees to grow within the company. Not only does this company provide a thriving environment for the employees; all parties involved with CCA reap the benefits, vendors, members, partners, and so on. The leaders at CCA have a real vision of doing good for this world.

Cons

Although no company is perfect, not every employee would give 5 stars, there are no cons worthy of relaying from my perspective.

Pros

If you're reading this, it's because you are considering CCA for potential employment. I've been with the company over 15 years and did have several employers before CCA.......no workplace is perfect. CCA is a living, breathing, wonderful place that many of us have poured hours, months and years making better than when we started with the company. CCA has many faces: we are leaders in the flooring industry, we excel at providing services and support to our entrepreneurial owners operating across the United States and Canada and we are fierce competitors. We have great days and others that are just okay. Management has made a concerted effort to help foster and create a defined company culture. Great people make CCA great.

Cons

CCA can be a difficult company to understand because of the various divisions and cross-functional departments. A pro/con for some is the fast paced environment and constant multi-tasking required on a daily basis. It is a flat organization that tends to run lean and requires individuals to be "do-it-yourself-ers."

CCA is kind of a rare company in the current marketplace. It's large enough to still feel corporate but small enough to still have be personal. CCA values their employees and works to foster growth from within and actively encourages employees to voice concerns or ideas that can make the department or company stronger.

Cons

Upward growth positions can sometimes be hard to find, but that is more so due to the face that there is a large number of people that have been with the company for so long. CCA is one company with many, many divisions under its umbrella making it difficult and confusing to fully grasp and understand at times.
