CCA Global was built by THE PEOPLE, for THE PEOPLE, and to this day is still fueled by THE PEOPLE. Collaboration within our office walls is the key to everything we do as a company. Because of that, the atmosphere exudes family, togetherness, and the embodiment of the entrepreneurial spirit. Employees are passionate about coming to work and are encouraged to put their minds to work with the goal of empowering the members we work with every day. The company regularly rewards that hard work with random sightings of food trucks, birthday breakfasts, elaborate holiday parties, company outings, and simple, yet very much appreciated pieces of recognition. Those little things make it all the more rewarding to work for such a forward thinking company!

Cons

The organization as a whole is fairly flat when it comes to advancement. Pay is competitive, and the benefits package is great, but movement/promotions within the organization is pretty slow moving. However, when movement does occur, they look to do so internally, which is definitely positive.

This company promotes a family environment that cares about their employees. If you work hard you will have opportunities for advancement. I started out here as a supervisor in 2000 and was promoted to a department manager within four years and I am now a director.

Cons

I am struggling to come up with a legitimate Con, I guess if I have to pick one; I am not a fan of the building and I wish we had a larger Gym/workout area.

Moving from a corporation that employed thousands to a corporate office of a few hundred was a huge transition for me. But mostly because I was no longer a number but a person of value. My work and efforts were noticed for the first time in my business career and I have been promoted multiple times in the 8 years I've been with CCA Global Partners. I love that our company is always striving to change with the marketplace and finds innovative ways to grow and expand. It's exciting to know that our work is helping entrepreneurs across the country to succeed in the marketplace. If you're looking for a company that values your work ethic and is both innovative and progressive, then CCA Global is the place for you.

Cons

If you're looking to fly under the radar and not be noticed in the workplace, then this is probably not the environment for you. This is very much a team atmosphere and what you do or don't do will be noticed by those around you.
