Some micro managing, poor training, stressful dealing with insurance

- Big boy's club from the top down. It gets pretty cliquey which causes unnecessary drama and takes away from the actual work. - Not a lot of room to grow within your role. You can move from department to department, but people in higher positions typically stick around so there isn't usually too many openings to advance your career. I found I had little say in my career path and was just put places when there was a need - They preach innovation to their members, but are stuck in their old ways - They hide behind winning the "Best Place to Work in NH" places, but the reality is many of the smaller perks have been removed throughout the years and they only updated their benefits package when there was pressure to attract younger applicants. - They care about your health and well being (& your families) when it's convenient to them and how they are perceived, but if it impacts your job or traveling to convention at all then it's a problem. - They are an butts in seats kind of place, and aren't that flexible (depending on the manager), they adjusted their working from home policy when covid hit because they had to, but as soon as they could open the office they did even though many employees pushed back out of discomfort. They adjusted their working from home policy after COVID and it's not in place to help support the employee and is pretty rigid. - They reward longevity over experience resulting in a lot of unqualified managers that they don't actually give training to. - They have the CCA Way, which is a joke that rewards the same people. - If you have any complaints about the "untouchables" they are usually ignored
