Pros

I have been here for 8 years. I have served in three different departments. I found that the company hones in on your skills and cultivates your best abilities. They are compassionate, encouraging, and supportive both personally and professionally. A positive company culture is promoted and if you are a negative person this is not the company for you. The company celebrates each employees contribution and works hard with management and employees to keep open lines of communication and treat all employees well. Great leader in our founder and CEO. I would say having other work experiences that this is the best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

Hard to come up with cons. No environment is perfect however they do a good job showing care to their employees.

Reasonable work hours. Basically 9 to 5. In most areas in the company managers are respectful in dealing with employees.

Cons

IT Management is not open to new ideas. Micro management mentality. Difficult to be successful. Feedback limited and generally negative.

Pros

One of the best aspects of working at CCA is the camaraderie among peers. They consistently demonstrate a commitment to helping each other succeed.

Cons

Expectations were high, but authority was limited, setting you up for failure. Undervaluing experience made it difficult to succeed. Executive management was also absent, failing to communicate or take responsibility for their decisions, especially impacting their team. After continuously being put in the middle of crossfires with Executive staff and seeking a company that empowered employees and valued their input and hard work, I left.
