We thank you for taking the time to write your review of CCA. We realize that CCA has not met your expectations; however, we understand that even workplaces considered “best places to work” are not the best fit for all employees in every position. As with many jobs, employees are sometimes required to have more difficult conversations with either inside or outside parties than some employee are comfortable with having. We realize this may create stress for certain individuals, and we do our best to reduce stress, by encouraging our employees to utilize peer resources or reach out to their management team for support. Employees who are able to manage the challenges of supervisory positions are promoted based on merit; promotions are not based solely on tenure or experience. CCA takes all concerns surrounding harassment very seriously. CCA follows a ‘zero tolerance’ policy and formal complaints of harassment or the like are thoroughly investigated. These issues are highly sensitive, they are treated as confidential, and the outcomes of the investigations may not be known to other employees. We have had no formal complaints of harassment within our Strategic Partners Group. CCA sees its employees as its greatest asset and strives to create a work environment that is both fulfilling and challenging.
