Change = chaos at CCC. It was rarely structured well, often managed by the wrong leadership, and possessed little accountability when it came to delivering results. My experience also led me not to grow within CCC, but take it elsewhere. Career development will be challenging here, especially given the macroeconomic environment in the domestic P&C space.

your neighbor inflates their numbers. you work harder than your neighbor. you get paid less than your neighbor. you get paid less than new employees. whatever you discuss with management will hang above your head for eternity (and used against you!). no one wants to work there anymore (hard to find willing people). too many over-paid managers. you have more education than most of the managers combined. under-staffed. over-worked. under-paid.
