      Good people to work with. Company is growing and expanding into new markets.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not great. Releases are late nights either during the week or on weekends. Project deadlines are often aggressive, leading to work after normal office hours on a regular basis.

      Pros

      Lots of good technologies -- maven, hudson, weblogic, junit in constant use. Product (total loss valuations, is one) is good value and needed by both insurance industry and end consumer.

      Cons

      Process of getting code to production is cumbersome. Little incentive from senior management to fix that.
