      Not so good. Depends on teams and managers a lot. Unfortunately for me, found a non-technical, hands off manager.

      Good pay (depends of candidate's bargaining power) Good/honest CEO Might get good manager/good work, depending on one's luck

      Cons

      Most managers are non-technical No proper project management strategies People seem to be too selfish Hard working techies are ignored - while people talk in meeting get recognized Employee recognition (peer nomination) system is very poor

      Nice location and office - WFH which helps with long commutes

      . Runs on buddy system. . Political in every approach . No definitive goals. . No structure, no qa. . POC's are deployed on production env. .Sometimes production env are treated as test env. . No respect
