Pros
CCI provides remote positions that are beneficial to those who do not live within the Michigan/Wisconsin area. Our coworkers are friendly and have a strong desire to learn.
Cons
Upper management pushes delegation and provides little guidance on the project needs/goals. Communication and training is lacking from the management team. When an issue arises where an employee isn’t performing well, management does not provide assistance on how to address it. They also place able bodies in positions they were not hired for and have no experience in the field. Moving into a new position that you are better qualified for is difficult. Management does not value those who work hard and will reward the team as a whole.
