      Pros

      if you put in the time and have the skills, you will get overtime, bonuses, raises and promotions. the opportunities are there if you have the skills and abilities to learn and adapt.

      Cons

      Things change, and customers will have inconsistence documentation on what they want done. The customer has a lot of control. Its easy to get let it get to you when you run into a bad streak.

      Pros

      CCI is involved in all aspects of the telecom industry (design and engineering, sales of networking equipment, construction, service provider, and contact center). In my experience, the ability to grow within the organization is a big advantage over other companies I’ve worked at. Most coworkers are inviting and helpful. Health benefits are great, being part of an ESOP company also motivates vested employees to do their best each day. Opportunities to learn and gain certifications in related fields. The ability to work remote is a huge benefit.

      Cons

      Compensation is usually lower than industry standards. While the cost of living in the Midwest is typically lower than other areas, competing companies offer higher wages and remote work.

      Great Co Workers, Good Pay, Good Benifets.

      Cons

      Leadership is Lacking in some Departments of Design. On board Training was useless. Trained in something that wasn't even used and not trained in anything that was.
