Full time Good benefits Really were trying to get employees to make healthier choices Great if you need experience or something to pay bills for a little while

Cons

You are simply a worker, if the work slows, you go Lack of communication between managers and subcontractors, leaving the future uncertain They really aren't willing to allow flexibility, either you're there 40 hours a week when they want, otherwise you're seen as even more expendable. There does seem to be favoritism, along with drama
