      Pros

      Certain trainers and project managers really want the best for there teams. They strive for perfection and give a lot of resources to help the new hires attain that status. Also seems family oriented as a company.

      Cons

      The direct supervisors/manager seem slightly disconnected and there seems to be a clique. If your not part of that clique then you feel on the outside. It also seems as if it would be hard to talk to certain people of upper management due to people feeling intimidated by them. Also they move people around every week to different projects so it is hard to fully comprehend the task your learning. They put every single person on the same tasks and wonder why they run out of jobs so quick.
