Pros
The pay is OK after the initial start once they understand that you know what you are doing, the other employees in engineering and construction are decent to work with well the ones who know what they’re doing and not just there because of family relations or other reasons other than knowing their job functions.
Cons
Upper management directors, etc. will not listen to proven facts makes promises that are impossible to keep encourage you to mislead the customer, and when you bring the information to higher ups, they ignore you thinking you’re just bitter because the other directors are just criticizing you because you will not tarnish your integrity. (Very sad. The company could do much much better with better leadership and others who belong in leadership positions…)
