Pretty decent place to be.

Pros

The work has been pretty diverse, from HFC up to FTTx design. Receive support from other areas of the company whenever it is needed. Schedule is slightly flexible if needed. Quarterly bonus program dependant on company performance. ESOP. 401k.

Cons

The pay is mediocre, the vacation time is lacking. It feels like the corporate offices are a little out of touch with what today's employees need.

Never disagree w/POV of management. If they say you did something wrong, you must agree & apologize. Too many wasted time meetings
