Pros

Small town feel. HR tries hard, many programs, team building etc. Corporate location has inexpensive housing and low costs. Company is employee owned.

Cons

A web of office politics, which has created too many fiefdoms. The company in under constant restructuring, but the dukes of each fiefdoms never change. Even worse each fiefdom often sabotages another. The end game is corporate politics not company success.

Good company with good values. Look towards the future of the company. Employee Owned. Good Midwestern values. Easy to work with employees that are dedicated to the success and future of the company. They always make things right for the customer no matter what and go above and beyond to support their customers in times of need.

Cons

Management is disconnected from the employees. Poor vacation plan and only 2 sick days a year.
